As a first time home seller, we were very unsure how to go about the whole process. We chose Nate Randall as our agent partly because we knew of him, and mostly because from the first day we met with him about selling, he was very helpful with suggestions of what we could do to get the most out of the sale of our mom’s home. We had a wonderful experience working with Nate during the search for and purchase of our new home. We had unique needs that made the process a little more complex, but Nate always rose to the challenge. He regularly emailed and texted us about new listings while we were still looking and even alerted us to our future home on the day it came on the market.
